EDMO, a SaaS company providing AI-driven enrollment automation solutions for higher education, today announced the launch of its Document Intelligence (DI) Suite, a unified AI platform designed to automate document-heavy admissions workflows, accelerate application processing, and help enrollment teams make faster, more informed decisions.
The suite brings together six core products- Transfer Credit Evaluator, GPA Calculator, Application Evaluator, Interview Analyzer, ID Verification, and Email Doc Extractor– to help institutions transform unstructured admissions documents into structured, actionable data while reducing manual work across the enrollment lifecycle.
As admissions workflows become more document-intensive, enrollment teams face growing pressure to process applications quickly while maintaining accuracy and consistency. The Document Intelligence Suite helps institutions reduce manual effort, shorten review times, and improve operational efficiency across the admissions process.
At the core of the suite is Transfer Credit Evaluator, which automates transcript evaluation by identifying course equivalencies and accelerating transfer credit reviews while keeping admissions teams in control of final decisions.
GPA Calculator standardizes GPA calculations across domestic and international transcripts, helping institutions reduce manual calculations and improve consistency.
Application Evaluator helps admissions advisors review SOPs, LORs, and transcripts with consistent, criteria-based assessments, while Interview Analyzer streamlines interview scheduling and analysis, giving admissions teams the flexibility to use system-configured, custom, or AI-generated questions. It delivers structured insights to support faster, more consistent applicant evaluation.
ID Verification uses document and biometric checks to verify applicant identities, helping admissions teams prevent financial fraud in the admissions process. Email Doc Extractor automatically monitors the admissions team’s inboxes, identifies incoming student documents, classifies the type of document, extracts key information, and routes it into the CRM.
Together, these tools create a unified Document Intelligence framework that connects document processing, evaluation, and verification into a seamless admissions experience.
“Document Intelligence is about more than automating paperwork. It’s about giving admissions teams the ability to process complex documents with greater speed, accuracy, and consistency,” said Ashish Fernando, Founder & CEO of EDMO. “By bringing our document evaluation, verification, and extraction capabilities into a unified suite, we’re helping institutions make faster decisions while delivering a better enrollment experience.”
