Ashley Miller serves as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at Old Dominion University, where she brings nearly two decades of expertise in research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making across diverse sectors, including consumer packaged goods, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and higher education.
At Old Dominion University, Miller leads efforts to enhance enrollment strategies through the integration of advanced data insights, marketing analytics, and strategic planning. Her leadership focuses on aligning institutional goals with data-informed approaches that strengthen student recruitment, engagement, and success.
Before joining ODU, Miller held several key leadership roles within Indiana University and Purdue University. At Purdue, she served as the Principal of Marketing Insights and Analytics, guiding research initiatives that informed marketing strategies and enrollment priorities. Earlier, as the inaugural leader of the Office for Enrollment Strategy & Insights at IUPUI (Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis), she established a new framework for leveraging data and research to shape institutional enrollment strategy. Additionally, she oversaw marketing research and insights across all seven IU campuses, driving consistency and innovation in data utilization.
Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Miller continues to contribute to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Data Science at Indiana University, sharing her expertise in analytics, research methodologies, and data strategy.
